Fritz Vandover
Fritz has spent more than two decades shaping strategy, policy, and innovation in higher education. With a PhD in Higher Education Policy and Administration, he’s worked across teaching, advising, marketing, and institutional leadership. Fritz is a self-described higher ed nerd, passionate about dissecting how colleges and universities really operate, and amplifying the voices of those often overlooked.

Kelvin Bentley
Kelvin brings more than 25 years of experience in higher ed leadership, with roles ranging from faculty to senior administrator. He’s known for his ability to blend innovation with practicality, whether leading digital learning initiatives, advising on policy, or steering institutions through change. Kelvin has also lived through the tough realities of the sector: layoffs, reorganizations, and pivots that shaped his belief that higher ed professionals must always stay nimble. His insights resonate with early- and mid-career professionals navigating uncertain career paths.

Kevin Shriner
Kevin brings over 30 years of experience in higher education, working at the intersection of data, strategy, and online learning. He’s passionate about cutting through the noise to help institutions tell their story more clearly and focus on what actually works. A self-proclaimed IPEDS junky, Kevin adds perspective shaped by years of building programs, navigating enrollment shifts, and exploring how institutions adapt, or sometimes fail to adapt, as the landscape changes.
